Internal training - half shells

As part of several projects, two fitters underwent practical training on the assembly of lead half-shells. After François' explanations, they were able to handle the half-shells themselves on two demonstration models: a horizontal model with a 5-part key and a vertical model with an elbow. "This training was not limited to training our customer's fitters. It also gave the nuclear team a hands-on look at how our products are assembled on site. In particular, I was able to understand how the “5-part key” system works, which are the parts that complete the assembly. Seeing the process in action really helps you grasp all the technical issues involved in projects and is an excellent opportunity for growth."
