We are recognized in the design and manufacture of lead parts and their various low-melting-point alloys. Fonderie LEMER is present in the industrial, radiation protection, ballasting, fishing, and boating sectors. We are looking for a quality manager to strengthen our teams, particularly the QSE department, reporting to the production and logistics director.
Your mission :
- You are responsible for the operational quality system: dissemination, application, records, reporting, etc. ;
- Contribute to continuous improvement ;
- Provide technical support to field teams in all areas: nuclear, leisure, boating, industry, etc. ;
- Structure the quality system: processes, manuals, reference documents, operational support ;
- Implement and manage the internal audit system: organization, auditor training, planning.
- Read and interpret technical plans.
- Ensure product quality control.
- Co-manage internal communication to raise awareness of quality initiatives, in conjunction with QHSE.
- Manage the metrology equipment: calibrations, tool purchases, training.
- Monitor regulations and standards on an ongoing basis.
Your profile :
- You have successful experience as a quality manager (at least 5 years' experience) in a metallurgical environment.
- Or you have a degree in “quality” and at least 2 years' experience.
- You are motivated and proactive.
- You are adaptable.
- And you are thorough.
