Business Manager – Nuclear, Industry & Marine (M/F)

We are recognised for our expertise in the design and manufacture of lead components and various low-melting-point lead alloys. Fonderie LEMER operates in the industrial, radiation protection, ballast, fishing and nautical sectors. To support the growth of our business, we are seeking a Business Manager for our Nuclear, Industrial and Nautical divisions.

Key responsibilities:

You will manage industrial projects, from analysing client requirements through to delivery, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements.

• Analyse specifications and draw up technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate and manage projects, acting as the liaison between stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality documentation and the analysis of technical documents.
• Attend meetings and trade fairs.

Your profile:

• A technical degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in mechanical engineering, engineering sciences, materials science or an equivalent field
• At least 5 years’ experience as a business manager or project manager in an industrial environment.

You are meticulous, organised and have excellent interpersonal skills; you are a good listener and possess analytical and critical thinking skills. You enjoy working as part of a team and share our values!
